It was pretty rough switching over at first.  We had a lot of user training and technical issues.  It's functioning fairly well now though.

6. Are there areas that you feel your phone system could be improved upon?  If so, please describe.
 
We would like to figure out how to make the system easier to manage when we have personnel changes.  We want to figure out how to access the database so we can automate things like directory information, etc.
